Enkianthus are easy, trouble free shrubs for acidic soil. They're grown for their masses of delicate bell-shaped flowers that appear from mid-spring to early summer and their fiery autumnal colours. Enkianthus are ideal shrubs for an open woodland garden or shady border.

Enkianthus Perulatto is a compact, deciduous shrub, producing white bell-shaped flowers in Maggio. The leaves are a fresh green colour, before turning a brilliant red in autumn. It can also be clipped into neat shapes, or cloud pruned. For best results grow Enkianthus Perulatto in fertile, moist but well-drained, acidic soil in sun or partial shade. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it the Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
